Shipping Rates
Shipping costs vary based on the selected shipping method, order weight, and destination. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (local time) will be processed the next business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing times. Additional duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
Delays & Issues
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances may occur. If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery date, please contact our support team at support@janvitha.com.
Missing or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item or your order does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Video proof is required for any refunds or replacements. If video proof is not available for damaged or missing items, we cannot assist further. If required, we are prepared to face legal matters in the Hyderabad judiciary. We record all items before shipping to our customers. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
