No cancellation shall be entertained after payment.
While utmost care are taken to display colour accurately, visual colour may appear vary from device to device due to different colour gamut used by different devices and embedded image processors as well as due to lighting conditions
Delivery time may be notified at the time of order, we try our best to deliver as soon as possible
Customer will receive shipment tracking no. through our automated emails and/or on the registered mobile device through SMS. Customers are requested to follow up with the shipping company directly from thereon
You are expected to read product details, descriptions, bullet points before making the purchase. By placing an order, you are presumed to accept all our terms & condition as well as legal
All conditions which is mentioned under product description & bullet points also accepted by you when you place order.
We accept exchange for ONLY damaged products. For more details, please read our return policy.
All products are screened for defects prior to shipping however human errors are inevitable if in case of defects or damages, customers are requested to immediately report such cases to us within 24 hrs through the Contact Us option at the bottom of the website or drop us an email (orders@janvitha.com) with order ID in subject line, proper identification of material and customer name. Any claims made after the specified timeline will not be entertained.
Return Policy
We will issue FULL REFUND in case you receive defective/damaged/wrong or incomplete order from our end
Customers are required to send Warranty Claim request by attaching images highlighting damaged area. The request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery date. Send email to Returns & Warranty mailbox. All return or exchange request must have clear reason mentioned. We reserve rights to process return/exchange request for generic reasons such as “I don’t want it” or “I don’t like the product” etc.
In case we accept return for “non-defective” reasons, customers to bear the return shipping cost (by either shipping it back to us or request us to initiate return from our end) and associated taxes. Refund will be issued after assessment of returned product condition
In case we initiate return pickup, we will deduct return shipping cost before refunding the amount paid.
At any point of time, the refunds cannot exceed the actual amount paid for the product.
Delivery
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after the receipt of payment and are shipped via our various delivery partners with end to end tracking with doorstep delivery. Shipment timeline various from 2 days to a week depending on the delivery location, distance and service coverage.
While most shipments are shipped through Air mode, certain shipments could be shipped through surface mode after carefully evaluating the best option available. In case your location is not covered by our premium delivery partners, we may ship your order through Indiapost’s Speedpost service as well however you would be notified and your consent may be sought to enable this.
We provide free shipping on single order value over Rs.200 however charge nominal Rs.49 in case order value is less than Rs.199 to keep the deal economical without forcing you to overspend.
Shipping fees (where applicable) includes handling, packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them if below free shipping limit of Rs.200. Your package will be dispatched with special care to protect it from transit damages.
We care for our mother earth therefore we use minimal yet adequate packing material to ensure your order reaches you safe without leaving too much carbon footprint.
